WiCall is an app that lets you make VoIP calls using any Android device. So basically, you can even make calls using Android tablets, as long as you have a stable Internet connection (Wi-Fi or 3G).
It’s important to keep in mind that WiCall is a paid phone service. In other words, calling other phone numbers is not free. The call will have a cost, depending on where you're calling, which you'll have to pay for with your wallet; and your wallet is, clearly, charged using real money.
The first call you make using WiCall is completely free and designed for you to try out the service. After this call, however, you'll have to start using money from your wallet if you want to make any more calls.
WiCall is, in short, a prepaid mobile phone service that requires no plan, contract, or any other such thing. All you need to do is charge money onto your wallet and start calling.
